Who is responsible for your data

FengRise Energy Co, with its registered office at 103 Sham Peng Tong Plaza, Victoria, Mahe, Seychelles, is the controller of the personal data described in this notice. Across the site the company presents itself under the name FengRise.

For any question about this notice or about your personal data, write to info@fengriseco.com. Privacy questions are answered by the same small team that serves our clients.

What personal data we collect

This website is a static publication. It has no login, no contact forms and no comment features, so browsing it does not require you to submit any personal data to us.

If you choose to write to us by email, we receive the details you include — typically your name, your email address and the content of your message. We ask you to share only what is relevant to your request.

Our hosting provider may keep short-lived technical logs, such as IP addresses and browser types, for the security and stable delivery of the site. We do not use these logs to identify visitors.

Why we use personal data

We use the information you send us to answer your enquiry, to prepare or carry out arrangements you have requested, and to keep proportionate records of our correspondence.

Under the Seychelles Data Protection Act 2023 and, where it applies, Article 6 of the GDPR, we rely on the steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, on our legitimate interest in responding to correspondence and running the practice carefully, and on legal obligations where record-keeping is required.

Who may receive your data

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.

Information may be seen by the FengRise team members handling your request, by the trusted partners needed to fulfil an arrangement you have asked for — an aviation operator or a hotel, for example — and by the technology providers that run our email and hosting.

We may disclose information to professional advisers or competent authorities where the law requires it, or where disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect legal rights and security.

International transfers

FengRise serves clients worldwide, so correspondence and arrangements may involve access from more than one country. We limit what travels to what the specific arrangement needs.

Where data concerning clients in the European Economic Area is transferred outside the EEA, we look to recognised safeguards such as adequacy decisions or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, applied through our providers and partners.

How long we keep data

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to respond, to carry out the arrangement it concerns and to maintain reasonable business records — and no longer.

Where a continuing client relationship exists, retention follows the terms of that relationship and applicable legal requirements rather than this website notice alone.

Your rights

Under the Seychelles Data Protection Act 2023 you may ask what personal data we hold about you, request the correction of inaccurate data and request deletion where there is no overriding reason to keep it.

If you are in the European Economic Area, you also hold the rights provided by the GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability of data you provided, and the right to withdraw consent at any time where consent is the basis of processing.

How we protect data

Access to correspondence is limited to the people who need it to serve you. We use reputable providers, controlled infrastructure and confidentiality practices proportionate to the sensitivity of a private client practice.

No internet service can promise absolute security, but we choose our tools and partners with the same care we apply to every other arrangement.

Cookies and analytics

This website is served as static pages. It sets no cookies, uses no analytics, and contains no advertising or tracking technologies of any kind — which is why you see no cookie banner.

If that ever changes, this notice will be updated first, and any non-essential technology would be introduced only with a proper lawful basis.
